1 tbsp. ground flax seed
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup oat milk
Directions
Cook oatmeal as per package directions.
Once cooked, stir in flax, berries and protein powder.
Drizzle with maple syrup and top with rice milk.
